the healdlamp only holds by the indicators no other bracket, etc. i managed to sort this but its still not enough to take the whole indicator to a position where i can see the electrics unless i take the headlamp apart itself from head on... i edited my previous post as i waasnt expectin such a quick reply can u answer tht one pls franky sorry to make it confusin Josh x

on my bike the headlamp holds all the connectors inside it for the main of the electrics.. soo i gtta take theheadlamp off to get access to the connectors.. to takethe headlamp off i gotta take the front indicaors off as they screw into it and hold it on and in place.. (done) seems like a hard job jst to change the speedo... so there is probably a easier way.. the bulbs ffor the speedo.. can i not jst take them out of one.. and put it in the other.. thus using the same electrics already there? or do i have to change it all!? but then i got another problem which i will deal with when i get to it about the ignition (asi want to use the new one as its bettr) any ideas?! wht would u say last date to add would be? cos would depend on whether i go on holiday this year(still workin it out,etc) would love to come .. .. passin my bike test too.. tht needs to be done before hand.! lol Josh x

it might not be a straight fit, but could be worked around.. ask to see a pic of the back and does it come with mounting bracket, that can be redrilled or manipulated (bent) to work, as long as its has a cable operated speedo and rev counter , the same as yours, the wiring for the lights can be easily sorted too, the only time i don't see it working is when going from a cable to an electrical input for speedo/tacho...or vice versa Thanks atm its the only one ive seen tht wil hopefully work which isnt too pricey! think ill do tht and try it s im in desperate need! i emailed the guy bout these clocks.. as said by me in a pervious post. he has said they wont fit :/ im not too sure as the way its mounted looks rather similar to mine aswell asthe layout.. any ideas if hes wrong? i know the cb and the cm are very similar bikes.. soo i dno :/ thnks Josh x

mornin off work so went.. started it up. and thought id give it another go. So off to the set of garages out back.. and it was running .. i stalled a few times but i got to 2nd lol. i think the bike seriously needs a carb and airfilter cleanup. Acceleration wasnt like it normally is.. the carb clean and air filter i persume will help/fix this.. jst a guess lol. Thanks for al help. update: had time to actually take a proper look this morning. tightened up all connections, switched bulb with other one... put back together, turn on. Voila! workin Indicator Thanks for the help guys/gals/anyone if they fall in another catagory! lol Josh x

hvnt had a chance to speak to my uncle but im sure itll get done soon ... just down the road mate. and indeed when i pass my test and get a more reliable bike, im goin on every rideout possible! Josh x

i am new .. but its not jst happened on me.. my dad jumped on who has ridden bikes years n years and appened on him few times too. unless we are both just shit! lol Josh x

went to take hte bike up n down the road to keep engin turnin, etc cos i cant ride it til i get some parts.. normally ok.. may happen once or twice but today culdnt stop it from doin it.. Start bike, with choke, warm up ...c lutch in, kick down, first gear! Little revs .. slowly let out clutch.. hit bitin point bike moves slowly.. let out throught the bite and slowly out and revs up... and then i get chug chug chug.. dead! i thought oh maybe its fuell .. so put it on reserve.. nothing! There was a black substance comin outa the drain hole in one exhaust.. still questoinin whther this is oil or greasy dirty water as its all over the side stand. If thts a clue? Any ideas!? is there air gettin in somehwere? oo and the bike did backfire while was warmin up but nothin major. (think was backfire, sounded and looked like it.. ordid i just blow a hole somewhere!! ) Josh x
