  2. Dare I say it but the forecast ois looking good for next week

Toying with doing one monday evening (22nd) as got a couple of mates doing it

39 poonds and only 2 groups so you should get 4 outings....well worth it...just need to sort me a set of spare tyres for wed if I go monday....just in case

  3. Didn't know if everyone wants to meet up somewhere just outside of Willingham Woods (Market Rasen maybe) and then all ride in together?

I think this is a good idea tinkerbell! Maybe we should all meet just outside the woods nearby and then all the bikes can ride in together, may look quite good?

Do you want me to pick a place thats nearby and can accomodate a few bikes parked up waiting ?

I'll popping over to Lincoln later so can check on the way ??

    Let me know

  4. hoping to bring mikey along to watch. we're at QMC for nine so hopefully escape there by lunch at latest and make our way over if only for an hour... if he's gotta skive school for hozzy, may as well make most of the day

    Nice one

We're looking at going down the night before, so I may have my rather large folding camper thingy there, so be making cups of tea etc

  5. As far as I'm aware they are legal, along with dark visors but only in daylight

However lots of places advertise them as not for road use to cover their backs....cant blame them

Advisable to always carry your clear visor just in case, as far as mr policeman is concerned if its overcast/cloudy and raining, hence restrictive vision...then that might be a bit dodgy

Things like that are very subjective as far as the law is concerned

  6. Just a thought about where to meet

As Willy Woods is always so busy and hard to find anyone you're meeting there at the best of times, maybe the best place to meet is over in the other car park, at least there is a better chance of all getting parked together ??

Could be an idea Clee.... Could you point it out on Google maps?

Try again...does anyone else have a few probs posting on here sometimes....have to do it all again now

    Here is the link

    Willingham Woods

Where point A is, thats the through road and where the burger bar and toilets are, this is where most peeps park their bikes up and sit/stand/chat etc

If you follow the road to the right there is a much larger parking area that is usually not as busy

  7. i live just a few short miles away so if you guys want to join me in grimsby first and we all travel together thats up to you if you would like it then i will pm my adddress and postcode so you know were your going

Think that would take a few out of their way, but I'll join you to rde out there as I'm in Humberston

  8. There are a number of places that do bespoke leathers, but they're not cheap

Probably best to get to a few shops and just try some on, most of them will stretch anyway, mine have on the arse quite a bit....too many bacon butties me thinks

    Here's some links

http://www.bksleather.co.uk/home.htm very expensive but v high quality

    http://www.zakleathers.co.uk/ bit cheaper
