Yes I've read that about speed etc of any bike - i'm more thinking about the 'pull' of the throttle and speed that way as apposed to top line. I do need to go and sit on them though you are right. Thanks

Thanks, I'm going to look at a few Kawasaki's today - the Ninja 400, 650 and the Z400 as I like the look of these also. Decisions decisions.

Hey all, I'm new here. Just about to sit my licences in next month which will give me the A licence due to my age. I am looking for some advice - I'm tempted with the new Ninja 650 as there are a few offers on them at the moment. Any others in this category people would recommend? Is 650 too big too soon? Any other advice welcome. Thanks
