I have a 2008 gsr600. It has been faulting to check on the dash, after a run out. I have a switch installed to select dealer mode, which has given a c42 ignition signal fault, the pump doesn't prime, and engine doesn't start, we can clear the code and normal service is resumed but the fault is becoming more often once the engine is hot. I have tried both keys, and am not sure if it the key code reader situated around the ignition barrel. Any advice would be appreciated.
