  4. personally i wouldnt go buying something like that which is coming in from china even tho it says item location is southall if you have to return it under warranty it has to go to china normally, you would be better off buying an optimate or something similar for t he same kind of money far better deal in my eyes,i have the halfords one that comes with 2 different sets of leads so that one set can remain connected to the battery all the time and the 2nd set have crocadile clipsso you can clip onto any other battery if needed and it can be left on when bike not in use like the optimate as well like this http://www.halfords.com/motoring/bulbs- ... ry-charger

  7. have you checked for wear in the chain and tight spots as even cleaning and lubing doesnt always sure them, can you not get t he bike onto a stand that has the rear wheel off the ground and slowly rotate the wheel to see if you can pinpoint where the noise is from, might also be worth checking suspension links as well in case one is dry or badly worn/seized

  21. yes that has to be metal welded in place there is a proper repair section you can buy for that area i think you will find and its not to expensive and dont forget for the mot as its a repair panel it will need seam welding i doubt if you will be allowed to spot weld it
  22. yes in a one word answer now if you do decide to try it which is what it would appear you are hinting at then please keep us informed of how it goes and costs of doing it,and how many times it takes to get it right, good luck
  23. anything is possible if you have good engineering skills and the machines to help in making the parts but as said its the cost of doing things like this t hat prevent it happening and a small bike doesnt need the extra weight of more cogs springs and shafts it will only make it slower not by much but it will slow it down
  24. i didnt realise untill i read about lemmie today that he was 70 shows we are all getting older as more and more musicians we know of pass away
  25. why would you want to spend a fortune buying and fitting the parts to add a kick start it makes no sense to do so but good luck if you do go for it but by the time you buy all the parts needed your wallet will be a lot lighter
