morning folks ......... day off from mums kitchen today so I thought I might go out, maybe a bit of shopping (get a bottle or 2 in for myself)  or just for a walk for some exercise...But no!!!!!  Son phones, he's put an order in on ebay and delivery is today ....... but his address on ebay is still my house cos the pratt hasn't changed it!!!!!!!

You mums kitchen sounds a pig of a job, sure you can’t talk her into new worktop?!

nope ........ I tried lol. cabinets down one wall all need 30mm cutting off the back, and all the base cabinets are only 60mm off the floor ......... adjusting the legs is a first  class pain ...... infact  the back legs have been replaced by a length of wood. 

hey ho, itll look good when I've finished ...... and I should never have to do hers again

no expert lol .......... just a DIYer. I've done around 7 kitchens now, but they are all flat pack and usually straight forward. Mums is proving difficult cos she wants to keep the worksurfaces, just replace the cupboards.............. and new cupboards are not as deep as old ones ...... and slightly higher so legs have to be shorter, a lot shorter !!!!!

mum is lol ........... I have flooring (laminate) ready for my bedroom that I keep ignoring cos i need to gloss the skirting first lol I HATE gloss lol

I've been using them in preparation for my theory test. I didn't think tests were going ahead though so I've not looked at booking one. 

Tests aren't going ahead yet ......... but they are only cancelling 1 - 2 weeks prior to the test so if you've got one booked you won't know its cancelled till pretty close to the date.

if you google search ldc (learner driving centre) I believe there is a free theory and hazard perception test available on there. I think there is also an option to buy access to others on there ....... if there is that option they'll be the current ones used with learner drivers ....... (I did say drivers not riders but I don't think theres much difference) A lot of the theory questions are common sense and you'll know .......but learn the stopping distances, 20 mph is 2x20 feet (40), 30 mph is 2.5 x 30 feet (75), 40 mph is 3x40 feet (120) ....... hopefully you can see the pattern. For the hazard perception it's when you would have to react to what you're seeing, ........ and don't click in a pattern ...... try single click, followed by a double click. Hope that helps

no ........ got a call from facebook market ......... guy turned out to be trade   the reason for getting rid is I had 2 bikes and can only ride one at a time  the FZ is a little more comfortable and a lot more practical

yeah ....... that's when you open all the doors in the house and let the heat extend out. It'll be better than wrapping myself up in an electric blanket whilst watching telly at night

Wood only burners have no grate in the bottom and no ash pan, the wood burns from too down and you just stick new wood onto of the ash till ash gets too high and you throw some put  

 

They burn slightly slower than mul fuel, but with grate it's like blast furnace if you need it, we got multi fuel, I think coal is going to be pretty much removed from the market.

 

eeeeekkkkk 4 weeks and my log burner is being fitted  

She's on at £3500. I've owned her for the last 5 years (took delivery April / 16). She was serviced last January and has only done around 200 miles since. Was MOT'd in October 20 where she passed with flying colours (she'd only done around 400 miles between so that was no surprised). Anything else you want to know about her just ask .......

well I was till the fazer wouldn't start , some power was there but not enough to fire up .......... optimate plugged in and the kwak has been moved ........ do i really want to sell her????? huge grin factor lol
