  1. Thank you very much indeed. The thing I need to figure out is how to get the two pin to connect to my charging device(https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/8000mAh-Portable-Car-Jump-Starter-Booster-Jumper-Box-Power-Bank-Battery-Charger/274402718118?_trkparms=aid%3D1110010%26algo%3DHOMESPLICE.DISCCARDS%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20200220090753%26meid%3D30f130be0bfe460bb675d2a7ae59d7fc%26pid%3D100009%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D2%26sd%3D293931727559%26itm%3D274402718118%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D0%26pg%3D2047675%26algv%3Ddefault%26brand%3DUnbranded&_trksid=p2047675.c100009.m1982). It only accepts the two blue circular pins (circled in the picture). I have been trying to figure out what they are called but don't know where to start finding the answer to that question. Do you know what they're called? Thanks again
  2. Thanks very much by the way, nice to be on the forum.
  3. Thanks a lot. I think me saying "jump start" was a misleading. Most of the chargers which are not connected come up as "jump start" when you're searching. I'm not looking to jump start the bike, just recharge the battery without having to connect the charger to the mains. In other words, I want to charge the charger with the mains and then charge the scooter battery with the charger. Does that make more sense?
  4. Hi, it's a small battery and it goes flat if I don't drive the bike for a few weeks which can happen
  5. Thanks. That's the procedure I follow when charging. Do you know if any boost packs connect to the type of connection I use?
  6. Hi everyone, I want to get a jump start battery to charge up and recharge my bike - without the battery being connected to the mains. Right now I use a charger that you connect to the mains. The battery in my Yamaha Vittie is wedged in a small space behind a plastic panel. It's a nightmare to get in and out and the screws for the panel are also a nightmare. So I have the crocodile clips connected to the battery and the cable connected to the crocodile clips comes out through a hole I cut in the panel and there's a connector where I can connect my charger (see picture). Do you guys know if any jump start batteries allow that kind of connection? Or do they only connect direct with crocodile clips? Thanks Eric
