Hi guys, so my bike goes for it's first mot tomorrow, I don't want to be stupid and fail for something blatant, I've sorted brakes tyres suspension new chain and sprocket, lights indicators, oil, brake fluid anything I may have missed??

Problem with the sheet/covers are they like getting jacked, so my bike now sits in the rain Renting a council garage is 8£ a week, so ask them!!

Whenever I think of a pillion, I think that that amount of extra weight can be mega hard on corners nd stuff??

Hi, to the point, I have a 125cc and needless to say I'm always driving on high revs to college, it's a 50mph limit and my bike hates it, because it's kind of on an incline all the way there, the very slow and long incline type, so I'm on high revs a lot to keep it around 45 ish and recently my bikes engine makes a very slight tinny clicking sound which is ery hard to explain, kind of like a piece of metal being tapped really fast, Obviously Ive slowed right down but a bike dont fix itself, whats wrong or what part of the engine have I messed ?? ((

Hi, I've recently discovered that the top part of the chain, is kind of tight but it rubs against the rubber protection on the top of the swingarm, whereas the bottom is adjusted properly, I've tried a bit of tightening/ loosening but to no avail, and the rubber is kind of wearing out, I've recently upgraded to Afam chain and sprocket set which I fitted myself, so tell me have I done something wrong??

Mostly revs in gear 1-2-3,

It's a kymco kr sport 125 cc, made by a partner of Honda, it is kind of a flaw in all reviews, it idles @ 3/4000 revvs, and starts over revving @ 9000, feels like youve put it in neutral whilst driving, the kind of loud over revv, maybe the sprocket can slow this process down??

My bike gets too high revs too quickly, any suggestions as to increase or decrease teeth,??

How does the sprocket determine speed or acceleration?

Yeah I have, it was a tenner on eBay, otherwise I'm scared bout the sprocket, and chain, parts are damn hard 2 find in ebay, production only started in 08 so parts are hard 2 find.

Oh god, the teeth on my sprocket are a gonner, seriously I thought it looked ok with the chain on, but out with the chain and there's chipped off teeth edges everywhere, oh NOOOO

I'll show the sprocket picture shortly, thx It's just that this bike has sucked every last penny from me, it got jacked 2 months ago, spent 600 quid cleaning the mess, though I think it's a lesson well deserved and learnt! The parts on these are far and few between, though every Honda dealership has the parts, they charge me 40 quid for 1 indicator, so I'm dreading the bill of a chain & sprocket, come to think of it I feel I should sell up and get an aprilia rs 125, rather than keep dishing Out on a part every so often, it's only done 7k, it's the biggest 125cc around, any thoughts??

Yes I have done that, it comes of by a few Millimeteres Also the bit it's come off is inside the swing arm, I have to take the wheel off and then screw it out, I bought the whole thing as in the adjuster off eBay today I'll see if I can show you them pictures

How do I determine what chain size I need, do I count the links?
