If it's driven by the front sprocket you'll need a speedo healer, if its the front wheel then you won't.

It'll still throw the speedo out I think no matter which sprocket you change but I think changing the front sprocket has more of an impact (on a tooth by tooth basis) because the change to gearing is greater. But it is early and my brain isn't 100% engaged so don't hold me to it...

I locked the front wheel on my mod 1 first time round but released it in time an only got a minor for it as I kept it under control. I still failed on missing a rear ob tho
