This is my license.It says category A.But what does the79(3) at the end mean?

Hello.I have just got back to riding after 30 odd years.I have done my cbt and bought a 125. Could someone advise me of what i am entitled to ride upto and what the numbers 79(3) mean,on my license.Thanks
