Yeah you will find that you will get let in early as nobody takes the full amount of time but they still have to allow for it...

While on the subject when replacing the sump plug do you put any grease on it?

I finished, Brake pads replaced, braided lines fitted and brakes bleed. Going for a ride now, if not on here later then they broke and I died.

Done it Got new brake pads and braided lines on.. let the bleeding commence

that's not really a problem as the callipers are off with no fluid in them as I am replacing the brake lines.

How do you push back the pots on the brake callipers... cannot seem to push them with my hands

Not going have any problems with the K&N oil filter am I? Or iridum spark plugs?

Just ordered a stock air filter.

It was about £3 more to get K&N oil and air filter...

Ok so what do I need and how much will it cost? Would balancing the carbs make any difference?

I come with news.... Running with the choke on a bit fixes it...

All sounds to complicated to me... I think I have 2 choices here. Bearing in mind that the bike is restricted the K&N filter is a bit pointless and only got them as there was a deal with that and a K&N oil filter.. Option Number 1: Finish servicing the bike and then take it to CMC at clay cross and ask them to setup the carbs. Option Number 2: Just buy a Stock Suzuki air filter.

Just put a K&N air filter in, did not do anything else as I suspected this would happen... under revs it stutters and I am presuming this is because it is having fuelling problems, yet I cannot seem to find the mixture screw Random picture of carbs: http://i.imgur.com/PH7sD.jpg
