They dont know whats up only thas its not rght. They mentioned gasket and pistons but they cost of repair was around 500 and could not guarantee it would resolve the problem. He advised me to buy another engine butthats 1500 inc fitting which is a lot more than i have now ajd in the near future.

Is the chain too tight?? Have you checked the coolant level? Something not right... Yes on both Heading up to to jordons now to hopefully get it fixed

Done loads of riding/testing of the bike and its not down to me getting used to the speed. Tested it onthe motorway 5 times and 60-75 mph seems to of lost a bit of pace but nothing major but by god the bike now vibrates like mad. Tank,seat,bars and footpegs all going mental. 0-45 has not improved and still feels slow and hard to get going at times, engine seems louder and hotter but maybe i didnt notice that before. Something new happened yesterday engine went up to 295f and the indicator was flashing likemad and a red light came on

Is there any tests that can be done to check if my engine is damaged? Bike was serviced 2 days before I bought the bike and had an oil change. A few days ago on m62 to Morley and my oil nut ( or whatever it's called) popped off without me knowing and how long it was pouring oil I have no idea. Bike slid across lanes and was Lucky not to fall off. Took it to jordons bikes for a oil change ect they said it was ok. But the bike now feels like it's not right. It's stalled twice, feels like it's lacking power under 45mph, not as much power when coming off the line, exhaust is louder, having to twist harder to get the req power, when taking corner it feel to lack some power when coming out. Any advice would be very nice

the bars move too much so when i take a corner the bars move also when i got it newish the steering was stiff and required me to move to take corners and now it feels more like my old cbf500 where i have to use the bars to move instead of using my body.

is it easy to tighten or should i just take it to a garage to do for me? bike- 09 zx6r

my two brother exhaust that is thank got it was held up by its support i take it this should not happen maybe i should of got it fitted in a garage the instructions were very unclear should the exhaust have anything connected to stop it from releasing from the downpipes?

maybe but there was loads of it is there nothing i can do to stop this? yeah dont ride in the rain its nowt to worry about... if its not doing it when its dry then the radiator is not leaking so just ignore it... water hitting hot metal surfaces will turn to steam no matter what you do... only proper bikers ride in the rain

first off im a rider off only 1 month and this is my 1st bike so in know very little went for a ride in the rain which was loads of fun till i went to fill up and i noticed the radiator was smoking a lot and it was smelling also. is this normal? advice please the bike is ZX6R

take it back and get your money back or get him to fix it for free

i just use my free one with my jacket no need for a knox or which ever one imo

i hated every moment of this test i failed it twice due to stupid faults. 1st test my nerves got the better of me and i failed to see the double green light FAIL. second one was a perfect ride until i failed to stop at the fecking STOP sign another FAIL. but the 3rd ride was flawless and i PASSED thank god glad its over as its cleared me out of cash but im so glad i did it

it aint due another service until 4k miles. now the bike wont turn on at all

im not sure it could a connection as until recently it been charging the battery and most of the wires are taped up drains it from full to dead in around 30 mins Thinking about it, it's draining so quick as your headlamp is on all the time, plus fuel injection and pump all use power. If not a connection then a component has failed, but it's quite a new bike with low miles, so although it's possible, I would always start with the cheap options first.
