haha, thats just harsh, would have thought they could have let you off, but thats why i'm happy that i got it booked in after, just incase i don't hit the speed, although done it yesterday with my instructer, done 45mph practise, maybe a bit too high, but he said the breaking distance was fine
-
done two bike lessons upto yet and according to the training centre i'm up to standard
booked for 15th june at the moment, but he said he will move mine to the next spot the second there is a cancellation , excited now although still going to do another lesson or two just to make sure i pass both mod 1 and 2

you can buy the disks, or if you have an ipod/iphone or ipad, you can download them from the appstore, which is what i done, and they are actually really good and helpful, if not there will be some on the internet too, but not many at all.
also keep trying the theory though, cause i do believe that 44 is just about a pass, try and revise more just incase a question you haven't seen yet comes up, it gives you a bit of space for error
-
good job hun , you will hit your target in no time
-
i done mine after a year on the road and a week revising and i honestly think i could have done it without the revision, it seemed to be just basic knowledge but i would say buy a practise disk, or use internet ones, worked great for me, oh an remember the practise for the hazard preception test too
-
good luck
got my first 3 hour lesson for mod 1 tommorow, then depending what they say, i may have to book another for this saturday too
-
good work mate, keep at it, it will be worth it in the end!
-

-
thats what im thinking, but its worth a try! aha, will have to mix it with whey protein though, hate the taste of milk on it's own and i spose it gets more protein in my diet

i usually train with a friend, who is currently a personal trainer, who teaches me the ones that i don't know, i'm currently at college learning personal training, but my teacher at college etc don't know anyways for me to gain weight.
i may try the milk thing, thanks mate!

i change my work outs every month, an i don't eat any crap at all, trying to eat high around 200 grams of protein a day and god knows how many carbs, still doesn't seem to do much, i have ate more and more still losing weight.
oh an due to this weight loss, it's making me a bit nervous that i have diabetes or something, as one of the signs is weightloss for no reason

i need help with this, anyone got any good tips on bulking?, i eat loads, and train 4 times a week, yet i don't seem to be putting anymore mass on, anyone help?
-
ohh, thats not bad then its £55 for 3 hour lesson, bike hire, and what ever other gear i need
-
thank you hun , wasn't sure if it was a good price or not, but just worked it out roughly and it seems alright after a bit of thought, shall be booking that lesson etc tomorow
-
went to the centre earlier and they said they are willing to do my mod 1, but i have to do a lesson etc until they say i'm ready to to take it and pass, would £125 for 5 hours of lessons, bike hire and test fee's be too much?, or would i be ripped off?

I don't know much about SAD, if anything really, but have you found any form of exercise, say boxing etc, that you enjoy? If so, why not do that through the winter months, then when summer comes, do other forms of exercise, then when it comes to winter you have an exercise to look forward to.
May help keep you fit through the winter or cheer you
up

i thought they would have booked it, but i don't know, unless i book it for £15 and i only have to pay them £55, ill ride down later and ask, they don't make much sense over the phone

I think motivation is a different thing for everyone, I got motivated after seeing bodybuilders, an wanting a body like that (not the steriod freaks), but then I started to lose motivation when I didn't see gains like I had wanted,
but looking through YouTube and seeing the transformation other normal, everyday people had, seeing that them changing, somehow made them happy and everyone commenting how great they done etc, made me carry on, cause I wanted to do something that everyone will be proud of me for once
-
there are a couple, but one wants me to pay £650 for a 3 day course, which isn't really what i want to pay and another one that wants £140 for the same things i get from the first school, so i thought i would go with the cheaper option, i also done my cbt with these, an i know they are a good company, just a confusing one
-
it was confusing, cause it said £70 for all that inc test fee, but when i called they said they didn't do the test, an i don't get what that means then, cause they advertise that it includes the test fee
-
right, i have been looking to do mod 1, i have looked on the dsa website, an it says £15, does this inc bike hire?!, also i have seen a bike school saying mod 1 for £70 inc test fee's, bike hire and a 2 hour lesson, although when i called them, they said they don't do the test.
it's making me so confused and i'm wasting time, i want to book my test asap, help? pleasee
-
i do suppose it comes down to personal preferance.
an hun, they don't know what they are missing!, one day you will have to fight them off
mod 1 booked

thanks, good luck to you two too!, an i think by the sounds of what the training company said, i'll have mine later this month, he said he calls up a couple of times a day, anyone cancels, i get the spot, so it's quite scary, haha
