Bugger, I`m meeting my windsurfing mates on saturday afternoon and then onto a piss up in the evening so, no can do. One of our fold is going back to his homeland of France (poor sod) so we`re giving him a send off. Def. another time though. Usual place next tuesday. Saw the pickies from last time.

Hi Roy yep, weather not good. I got there at about 7.00ish and stopped till about 7.30 and by then I was the only one there. Reason I calledthe other night was that I was at the Star and Garter. Posters up every where stating bike meets no longer held here so I rode off without even buyiong a drink.

I`ll be there.

Yep, enjoyable run down to Ace Cafe. First real big ride out mostly on motorway status roads. Normally only get on A roads and then back onto fen type b roads. I did manage to put me feet on the floor on the B-king Easy place to find so hope to be down there a bit more often.

Count me in. I only live down the road from the start so it will be good to meet up and have a great day out.

Keith, try riding back from Hunstanton at about 11.30am. Nodding constantly at riders going to the meet. Still do it though...only courteous.

My nephew has just started riding with L plates on a bike (not moped) and he`s thrilled when he get a friendly nod from other bikers so its obvious. YES I nod at virtually everything. Not chavs in fcuking track suits.

Roy, sounds like a good idea. I think it took me about 2.5 hours to get down on the back roads but I did have a couple of stops to look at scenery and have a drink so perhaps a bit less. RAC Route Planner says about 1.5 hours on the A1, A406. Entrance to Wyboston lakes seems a good place to meet as A1/A428 Junction is quite big. What time suits you as I`m easy.....nothing else planned for the day. I prefer early starts but like I say whatever suits you. Cheers Neil anyone else up for it???????? Dee, ditto yorbandit. We kept an eye on one of the thruxtons with a red, white and blue helmet on the bars, but could not see anyone loitering around it. I think I might have a tee shirt printed with my user name splashed accross the back, that way we can all eventually get to meet each other. Hope you enjoyed it if you did make it over. Next time.

Damn, no computer at home so after 4.30ish I`m in the dark. Went to Hunstanton on Sunday and no doubt you were there. I thought of putting a label on the bike with "nman" on it but thought this could look a bit twatish so just sat there for a while chatting to some guy and then rode home. Next week a possibility if I`m not to hung over from Nottingham races.

yep, was a good ride out and great to see so many bikes and people, although I gather more have got there in the past. Pity me Bandit was poorly. Yorbandit, turned out to be a crimped fuel pipe when they put the seat back on. Fixed in a few minutes. F*ck I was annoyed. Any body get any pictures?????????
