Slightly guilty of the look thing, but my last one I went for black and white to go with my one piece leathers. Personally I do like simple though, not too much pattern. And yes... I made damn sure it fitted well too.

Aaron, my BKS suit does have me singing a couple of octaves higher when walking but when on the bike in the riding position it`s great and comfy. Don`t forget, if your leathers are reasonably tight you avoid getting a burn rash through them slipping (for want of a better word) should you come off. Keep trying suits on. some shops have a mock bike to sit on or ask to go and sit on yours, they will normally let you.

WHY THE f**k DO THEY EMPLOY ME AS AN ARCHITECT. My boss is sitting ten feet away from me talking to the client about a million pound project, designing the layout etc. and I`m sitting here with no input what so ever. He`ll then come along and ask me to design it around his ideas and he`s not a f**king architect.

Still go to the shops, try em on and walk away. That way you`ll know what size you need without buying them from the shop. Bit cheeky I know but why not. I think the 42, 44 refers to chest size.

I`ve read the articles on the five guys getting done and I`m sure coppers must have a certain amount of common sense, but if I were happliy pootling down the road and for some reason a guy/gal, unbeknowst to me wanted to tail arse my bike for mile after mile and eventualy came off or whatever, how the feck could I be held responsible. I tell em to sit and swivel. I`m sure this is going to be discussed to the enth degree but bloody hell....does this happen with cars.....push bikes.... roller skates.......skate boards, etc. Take responsibilty for your own actions and act like a man if you balls up. What the feck is this coming to.

I gather a few got there last night. I got home around 7.30ish and then had a meeting at the theater club at 9.00. so I didn`t bother. Next week hopefully deffo.

Just so we can start to get the ride organised, may I make a suggestion. 9.45am Hartford Marina. My place for 10.00am. Mini roundabout at Sawtry (concrete track past the cemetary) 10.15am and then onto Taz. Darren/Aaron, if this is too early, just say and we can put it back to suit.

I went by the recomendations of my local dealer when I took up biking and went for my intense course and test. I had sod all gear so he did me a great deal on jacket, helmet, gloves and boots and chucked in a pair of trousers also. And yes, they were leather. The bike I intended getting was black so I went for black leathers. And as for looking a gimp....who gives a rats arse what peeps thinks, I feel safe knowing I may just keep my skin in the unfortunate event of coming off. A hidden benefit was the girls at my last job like them

According to forecast around here Mark, 13-14deg til about Thursday then dropping to 9 on Friday and possibly colder over weekend. Typical. Hope it changes though you know how crap BBC are at weather forecasts.
