  1. Well it`s on order people, and to all those who voted Blue, sorry, I went for Black. Pick it up on March 1st so new number plates. Not many extras, just some teardrop bungs, tank pad and alarm. may go for the double bouble screen as I`m a reasonably tall git. BRING IT ON...
  2. Fantastic Matt, welcome little Dexter. You got him that bike yet ????? at 9lbs he`ll soon be big enough to ride it
  3. OK peeps, as you know I`m a cave man and have no computer at home so if you decide to come along text me or dave (gubba). Our numbers are in the contact section. i`ll be off air from 4.00pm today until monday. Have a great weekend.
  4. Think I know where I`d be. Hope all goes well mate and things don`t hang about too long (so to speak) Let us know how it goes. Get his first bike on order http://www.suzuki-gb.co.uk/accessories/ ... yle&search[range]=&search[model]=&search[year]=&search[keyword]=&offset=0
  5. Ok all you locals, the snows gone, 6 deg. forcast, and I`m off to Peterborough to order me knew bike. Dave (Gubba) and I are meeting near Sawtry. Anyone else want to come along for the ride???? We are probably then going onto Webbs and then who knows.
  6. I`m keeping the Bandit as my workhorse. It will do me over the winter months. And NO I`m not rich, if I get into finacial crap I will sell it.
  7. You guys, I`m pissing myselfe reading this. Was a very hard decision cus I like the DARK blue/Black and white one equally as much as the black, but the black does look sleek and a bit more menacing (not that I am) and it`ll match the Bandit
  8. Good stuff, we is getting a convoy
  9. Hoping to order it Sunday, (weather looks good enough for me to bike over there), pay the deposit, then pick it up Monday 1st. March with the new plates on. About 6 weeks from now I suppose. Whoooppppeeeeeeeee
  10. I do still like the Dark Blue/Black one though.
  11. For those that give a shite, I`ve decided. BLACK If I had boobs I`d do this with em.
  12. Good on ya Roy, how you doing ????
  13. Stick something in the general chat section to see if anyone is near that could help you out.
  14. Bring it on board the boat Alan, we`ll be able to keep a fix on you at night
  15. The last two years a few of us have ridden up to skeggy to meet up with the forum members stopping the weekend. Anyone else fancy the ride up there. Iy`s not cheap to get in, I think it was about £16 but you can get two for one offers. It`s a good little ride up and a great day out. Put you names down and then the next person can copy into there post. Me start Nman1 (aka Neil)
  16. May well come up for the day on Sunday like I have been doing. Anyone else want to ride up for the day. I`ll put a thread in the Cambridge and East Anglia section so don`t answer on here, it may confuse things.
  17. When buying leathers sean it`s always best to try them on. I`m size 42 in RST stuff but recently brought a BKS set and that was 44 so you definately need to try them on. Regarding boots, get a pair that will do the job of keeping your ankles supported, dry in the wet and don`t worry too much about what style you get. I have these as a good all rounder, although they are more of a touring boot.
  18. Yep, not too bad a bargain Martin, £479 so £120 off. Cheers Phil, sounds like I made a good choice then. Hope I won`t ever need to test them out though. Deffo must get this track day booked for this year.
  19. Only the Black one me, the other colour is new for 2010. They are getting one in the showroom in March, but I`ll need to order before then so i`ll not get the chance to see it in the flesh before then.
  20. Well Chris, Black is winning, but I`ll still have the last word though
  21. Bloody hell peeps, you`s is not making this easy. Decision will be posted when ordered, hopefully next Monday.
  22. People keep refering to it as "blue" (me included) however it is predominately white with "dark" blue panels, black framework and wheels. It does not look like the standard light blue models. I think it will look stunning in the flesh and a bit different from the usual light blue gixers. Sound like I`ve convinced myselfe which one to go for doesn`t it.
  23. First one was around £49, next level was £149 then when I got my new job and a few grand a year more I got an Arai for £450 (got it on 0% finance over 10 months so I saved on the interest. Still got it after two and a half years and a great lid. Techno`s right though, out of /end of season ones go for a lot less than when they are first introduced onto the market. Build quality/materails as well as fit is also important.
  24. I wont be in these buggers until the weather does get hot and then I`d rather not look "hot" in them, just "cool" Old ones are the old RST Dark. Brought off e-bay as new (so they said) don`t think they were as it looks like some alterations were done. See below (pratty sun glasses not included) Size 42, I`m 6`-1" and weigh 12.5 stone, 32 waist. Hope this helps. By the way, pick up only guys if I do get rid of them. Not folking out for postage, (crimbo a bit expensive)
