If you have a pin-lock visor and are thinking of replacing your lid with another pin-lock, simply bye a tinted insert and transfer it accross to your new lid when you have it. If not do what Walney Frankie says. £7 is a damn site cheaper than £30 for a set of shades.

How do Darren. I ordered a black GSX-R 750 on Sunday, but things are proving difficult and I may put it on hold for a few weeks. Earn the interest on my deposit in MY account as oppposed to the dealers. I did think of you and the Bandit but the plan was to keep the Bandit, so as to keep the milage low on the Gixer. You know how many I do in a year and it would have devalued it very quickly. Plus if the job went tits up I`d have something to sell to pay off the finance whilst still having transport. Summers coming mate will soon be out for some big rides. You got a bike yet ???

Just rang Suzuki UK and the guy is going to ring round all the dealers to see if they have one in. Most are shut on Mondays but he`ll ring around again tomorrow as well. No new black ones coming in and the Dark blue/white ones will be in at the end of March. Why is nothing feckin easy

Dave, apparently they have rang around. I could try and push it for the same price I suppose however the new imports were going to be dearer anyway. He`s doing it at the lower price + the £500. New 2010 rrp is £9099 and I was getting it for £8295 so saving in effect £900 as is.

Still trying to think what to do. I do still like the DARK blue one, it`s the £500 more and the extra wait. I wanted to get on the road at 9.00am with a new 2010 plate. What a feeling. I remember doing that with the Bandit.

FECK, FECK, FECK. Just been speaking to the dealer and through no fault of there own, I cannot get a Black one. Suzukui do not have any left in the country and when they import them, they are only taking in the usual blue and white and a new colour which is Coco Cola brown and black. If I want the Dark blue one as shown on the original thread, I`ll have to wait till the end of March and pay £500 more. Need to do some serious thinking. I knew it was too good to be true. I`ll have a look at them Matt, are they easy to fit cus I`m a numpty when it comes to all things mechanical. Might be just as easy for me to get it put on by the dealer.
