Anyone got any experience.information on the above. I`ve noticed my leather trousers do not have any protection other than in the knees and was wondering if these (below) would be any good. I`m sure they would be better than nothing but at nearly £85 they are not cheap. Anyone got any other sugestions, (and don`t fall off is not one I`m after )

Went along to the BSB yesterday and what a great day I had. I got given a gold bangle that allowed me access into the paddock. Met up with our accountants bloke who races there and sat with him while he got set up for the track, watched the race and then the big races. The ride up there was great. I chose a back route to avois the bordom of motorways so it was the A606 and then A6006 for me. Did manage to meet some new friends there, you like guys ????????? I`d sooner feel them than sick. Me at the hairpin. Think I need to loose the beer gut.

Sorry mate, did not see this till today, unfortunately my sunday was planned long ago, but keep you eyes out for another run to Hunny or somewhere.

Glad you all had a good trip, I saw Sam about an hour after he got back, he said the traffic into Hunny was thick. Next time I`ll come along

Oh yes, definately doing the puds bit. I`ve a sweet tooth the size of a mamoths tusk. May well skip the beer bit as we will have to ride home.

What day are you having the ride out guys, the Saturday or the Sunday, and what sort of time. I`m sure GOG`s mentioned riding up for this bit of the weekend, so need to know some details. Not sure how to do a map thingy but do a route planner for PE28 3TN and it will give you the location of the town. It`s 18 miles West of Cambridge and about 60 miles North of London along the A1

Ther ya go Rick, looks like you is getting your answer. The Bandit looks favorite but I`d still go and see if you can get a test ride, after all it`s what you fell comfortable with. If you get the full payout on your old bike you can either use it as a deposit on the new one or keep it in the bank to earn some interest. Bonus.
