+1, but that probably born out of resentment towards the ever expanding 40 and 50 limits that are taking over the NSLs. To be honest the biggest constraint over me going over the speed limit is average speed cams on motorways, but then the remainder of the journey may well be done at excessive speed to make up for it. Let's be honest, I would have thought that anyone who does a reasonable commute on motorways would consider 90 - 100 to be a reasonably sensible pace (with suitable road conditions, obviously) and many dual carriageways aren't far short either. Pushing the educating the effects of speeding would have zero percent effect on me I'm afraid, for as long as speeding is targeted with more gusto than ignorant careless drivers with scant regard for lane discipline.

Used to ride all year unless there was snow or ice about. Now I ride just for fun and there ain’t no fun in going out in the cold or wet [1]. I've got one. Appraisal: Traditional paddock stands are much quicker to use. Abba stands seem a bit more stable. Abba stands are useful when you want to get the front wheel / forks off and don't have a centre stand or a headstock lift.

I have them, and one of them, and I regularly do. The only time I managed to get them shoved in was when I had a flip front lid. Then again, I have my lids that tight fitting I can't chew gum in them

As everyone else has said, there is no substitute for trying lids on in shops. Yes flip fronts are easier, but full face are still do-able. Yep different specs will give you different results. Tip: Never try putting those bendy memory specs on with a full face lid, because you won't Personally I find that if your lid is a tight enough fit it *will* mangle the arms of the specs up, so I keep a couple of pairs just for use on the bike.
