  1. i have this same helmet and the pinlock is rubbish in it. whereas my shoei qwest's pinlock was amazing.

regarding the field of view, the k3 does seem a little narrower compared to the qwest but you'll get used to it, get some more miles in on nice weather so you dont have to worry about scanning for poor road conditions etc and just enjoy it. and you'll soon get used to that field of view.

  2. ^ Same as above happened on a smaller scale to me, an actual store on eBay was selling Haynes manuals advertised as brand new. I bought one and paid a couple of quid more than the used ones as you would expect. When it arrived the corners of the manual were curved over and then pages had black finger marks all over them. It was only a couple of quid more, but the sheer cheek of it pee'd me right off. I ended up getting some free chain lube out of it .

a bit of free lube goes a long way :D

on topic - i hate buying and sellign stuff on ebay. it's always some farce or some chancer trying to rob you.

  3. sounds like its the battery to me. depending on the age of it, it could be the reg/rec or any other part of the charging circuit not working correctly. change the battery out and it should be fine.

    welcome by the way

Grow a bit of stubble and you'll look just like the man on the box!

gimmie a few weeks (more likely months)

  5. i had this issue with my agv k3, trying to fit the boom mic in from my scala wasn't having it, but scala provided a second mic that is just a thin cable, with a flat circular mic on the end, that you can then secure in place with a sticky pad. job sorted.

i had no issues with the boom mic in my shoei qwest though.

  6. I have a fitbit HR. it tracks my sleep, tracks my heart rate, tracks steps. its a pretty decent piece of kit, and its socialable too, you can add friends on it and compete with each other over challenges, like how many you can do in a workweek or over the weekend.

i just love it for the sleep tracking mostly.
