  3. After my early birthday weekend treat from the mrs, i've come down with man flu.

I guess riding round the countryside at 60mph, in a bed, with 5 other blokes is just asking for health issues.

  6. They claim losing their license would cause exceptional hardship

What tosh... If it did why did they risk it like that on all those occasions? People don't get unlucky just like that, there's room there for 4 mistakes or 2 really big ones. If you are making them like that then perhaps it should be a heavier sentence as well. As its so often van drivers who use the vehicle for business etc. They need to learn they aren't exempt from the law.

12 points and your out. No exceptions unless extreme circumstances caused it.

Insurance is self-defeating these days. It goes up, less pay for it and go uninsured, they have an accident and our premiums go up, so less pay and so on. We need a system that if uninsured drivers are caught they pay a huge fine partly to the British association of insurers, which then uses it to pay for incidents. And if they cant pay due to their circumstances then they can pay in installments and get barred benefits

If this happened Birmingham would shit itself. (highest level of no-insurance)

That seems like it'd be a better idea!

  7. Restrictions after DAS would not work. If it would come into legislation, You may as well do your A2 when possible, And just wait the 2 years for your unlimited access, as im sure has been mentioned.

If this came into action, Then surely anyone who passes their car test should be restricted to cars under a certain performance grade? until they have driven a lower performing one for a period of time?

Nah it wouldn't work and everyone would just drive/ride illegally. Or even if someone was to persue getting a license it'd be a massive ballache and people would no doubt be put off, Reducing the amount of riders.

I have no idea if i made sense or not. :P
