  1. Read that the stock tyres are poor in the rain. And to be honest I didn’t feel comfortable riding in the rain. It could just be me as I don’t ride a lot in the rain or was thinking the tyres as read a lot that they are not great in the wet. general consensus was city demons were the way to go hence my query
  2. Hi all, I have a wee Outlaw 125 Looking to replace my stock tyres with Pirelli City Demons per recommendations. Only 2000 miles in but after a rainy ride the other day I didn’t feel comfortable at all on the road. So stock back tyre is 140/90 15 Stock Front tyre is 90/90 18 (3.00/3.25 -18) Will the highlighted tyres in yellow in the image fit my bike with original tubing? Just worried there is some size differences from stock. Thanks in advance for your help

    First week

So I completed my CBT last year October and proceeded to buy myself a bike. weather has been rubbish and my gloves were not up to the weather only out a few times. Monday however I invested in Keis heated gloves. Did my first full week commute as the weather in Scotland had been fair. am well chuffed 200 miles completed and defo feeling a tad more confident now. Still lots to learn but enjoyed it
  7. Passed CBT last year bought said Chinese Bike . tbf it’s been good so far

  10. I like this response lol thanks
  11. Wasn’t over tight. Tbh I wasn’t really talking about a singular corner I was taking in the main
  12. I like the look and fit of both the Aplinestars T-SPS waterproof and the Aplinestars T-Jaws waterproof. suggestions on which one?
  13. Thanks for the details will have a watch of this on my break. Common sense tells me it’s experience but thought I would ask. much appreciated
  14. Sinnis Outlaw. I want to fit Oxford heated grips. Anyone know which one will fit and can I do it myself total Bike newbie?
  15. Hi all, As mentioned before not long passed my CBT. Got me a Sinnis Outlaw 125cc. I’ve now got 90 miles under my belt. Yes I know barely a scratch but it’s a start lol. anyway the question? How do you figure out what speed you can take corners at? In the 50/60 zones I find myself unsure of the bikes capabilities and how well it can corner? Going down to 30-20mph at some. pretty sure I took a corner today and felt like Bike was slipping under me but that was at maybe 40-45 mph. I know all depends on the curve and incline. but was just interested to hear thoughts?
  16. Hi, I’m doing okay thanks. With work/social life and the weather in Scotland I’m only getting a wee shot at the weekends. About 70 miles on relatively local roads so far. Still need plenty practice. Still “feel” vehicles behind me on 60 roads too close but I guess I just have to ignore them and ride to the speed I’m comfortable with. Just thinking today commuting on my 125 may be 6 months away . I have not ventured out in the dark yet. How about you?
  17. Just wondered if anyone knew of a route planning app for 125s? Yes I know I can remove motorways from Google etc… but it’s not quite the same. Many thanks in advance.
