Hey guys ! Right 1st things 1st I'm stupidly nervous of my CBT as I came off three times previously while trying last year ... :/ but I've come back with avengence ! And I'm determinded to do it! The thing I struggled with was the figure 8 and the u-turn ... Any tips? And by the way I've never been on a geared bike ....but have been driving cars for 5 years now!
