I have a 2014 ybr125 which had an ignition fault, the engine light was flashing I think it was code 19. I then replaced the ignition and this made no difference. I've done a continuity test on the ignition and the wires leading to ignition and all seem to be fine. I have noticed that the blue neutral light doesn't light up if the fuel gauge is working and vice versa only one seems to work at a time what could this be? It does turn over but doesn't start. Also there is a constant 12v to the spark plug but doesn't raise when turning over
