Looking at a slip-on Devil can for my Varadero.

Thing is, I know I'm gonna need a link pipe and have no idea where to find one.

Anyone any info on where I might find a supplier or even a company that can make them?

I wish Honda had just used a straight pipe instead of that cone :x

Its only the slip on can that's available for the wee Dero. Dunno why there's no link pipe option.

 If you're just replacing the silencer then surely all the other pipes are already there.

If you want to replace the whole system, then buy the whole system. Seems a lot of money and fuss for a cosmetic change on a bike you're probably aspiring to move up and away from. 8-)

No way of connecting the slip on can if I cut the end off the standard one

The diagram above is accurate and the pipe expands the way it's shown.

Think I've found one here http://www.mandp.co.uk/productInfo.aspx?catRef=552394&bike=HONDA+XL125+V+Varadero+01- Its for a remus can, but the dimensions are the same 54/55mm inlet bore as the Devil can I'm lookin at.

Gonna give em a call. See what they say.

I can't make long cones , but when you get one, I can make the adaptor to connect the two bits together?
