oil coming out spark plug out front of exauste

Rode my yz250 1992 kept mising. Sputtering when entering powe

r band got on. Garden gave it the throtel test off then on quick splutterd. Then backfired tried to start later after srewing in air petrol srew to see if was that will not start now oily at plug blowing oilout the exauste do you think my rings are gone

not an expert but if its a two stroke sounds like too much oil in the mixture
