this morning i came to put the bike into neutral from first. Its really tough and it skipped straight into 2nd it will keep doing this even kicking down into neutral from 2nd after a few times of kicking up and down it finally slips straight in turn the engine of for 30 secs then back on i will have the problem again. Ive tryed rolling the bike back and forward or do you think its because it being dead cold this morning.

So problem is

I have to change from 1st to second a few times before the lever will just slip into neutral.

gear changes are fine lever is slack enough only happend this morning not had this problem before

Don't worry too much about it. I too have to jump between 1st and 2nd a few times before I find neutral 8-) I'm getting better with time as I'm getting used to my bike and the same will be with you  Keep riding :thumb:

That isnt my problem!!! My problem was you have to lift your foot up lightly however it wouldnt lift unlike it usally does so you have to add some more force and it just jumps straight into second. Just seemed to be the cold so as when i came home from work sat on the bike and straight into neutral.
