accurate module 1?

Does anyone know where to get details of how to set up the module 1 course? I mean something more accurate than those pictures show. I want to know how far apart cones should be, especially for the high speed manover. Because the images I have found dont show how much you have to swerve to get through the cones. I want this info to set up my own course to practice on as I cannot really afford the £500 training... I know you will all tell me I need it, but I am trying to get info from the web and the "get on" hours I can do for free. ( I say hours because my local place doesnt seem to know you are only allowed one hour per person lol) Since the module 1 itself only costs £15 I will try doing it without training once, and if I fail I will go for the training. So any help would be brill
