module (1) + 2 training

did you do any training? or just go straight into it?

The reason i am asking is becasue, although i know it is probably benificial, its almost 500 quid for training, but about 100 overall for module 1 and 2

Im pretty sure i dont need training for module 1 as i have seen diagrams and video's and it all looks pretty easy, and was thinking that i could probably try module 2 without training, and if i fail then get some done.

What are your experiences with this?

I didnt get any training but I did have previous experiance on bikes and a few years in cars ect so to save money I decided also to just Go it alone so I would think Training would be the way to go without any prior experiance of bikes Or Riding on the road for sure.

If your doing it on your own bike (125)m maybe not

Training schools won't do das with 500cc,hire,tests etc.for less than £500/£650.

Not bad for a full week training & all test fee's

as they said if its a 125 give it a go nothing to lose but need to go with a school if doing DAS

I think its well worth what they charge !

I think its worth it also but me I tend to learn at my own pace so A2 was better for me

500 is a very good price for a weeks package. Most places are nearer 600. You will ride safer if you have lessons, I think most people would say that was obvious. How much would you put on avoiding an accident then?

I did DAS, brilliant.
