Practical questions

guys/girls, can anyone suggest, if you are turning left or even right at a T-junction and the street you are turning in is full of parked cars and vans so you can't see clearly if anyone is coming from your left or right, should you just advance slowly until you see both sides (obviously leaving the "give-way" line behind your font wheel) or what ? Can you get any faults for doing that?

That is what you are supposed to do actually just advance enough to see clearly until you see its clear and prepared to stop as you come out even if past the line.

This happens also at some STOP signs and you can do the same thing (after stopping at the line)
