If thats the case then you can't go on the motorway or take pillions! if you are talking about taking your test on a 125 and then restricting a bigger bike for two years, yes you can... to both. Restricted, yes on both counts, since a restricted licence is i every other respect a full licence, you're just limited on power for 2 years.
