But, like others, I would ask again as to why you were 'failed' because of the other guy. I did my CBT with two others and one of them was politely told to drop out. After lunch only two of us went out for the road part. That is how I understand the way it should be done.

A quick email to the DSA letting them know what happened would sort this out.

So, we continued on the next day, but they wanted ME to pay £50.00 as well

Anyway, I've done it now and £50.00 won't pay me for the time I will spend arguing with them, so I let it go.

Think this happens quite a bit - if the CBT overruns they generally just charge bike hire for subsequent sessions tho.

Funny you said earlier about friends and family worrying about you on a bike......I'm 53 now and my Mum & Dad still worry about me riding a bike.....and my first bike was in 1975!!....
