So I'm 19 this year and want to get a bike at 47bhp

I just don't know whether I have to do the 125 licence before I do the next one up or can I go straight for the test at 19 years old?

Also I took my theory test last year before these regulation changes, will I have to re do the theory?

No, you can go straight in for the 400 test at 19, you don't have to do them all in turn. 2 years after you've passed the 400 you can take the 600 test to get full licence regardless of age. :)

And your theory will be fine, the tests themselves haven't changed any (yet)
