Britninja88 Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 cheers tilertime i had the kill switch off the otherday cleaned it up (wasnt to bad to begin with) then popped it back on and played about with it. ill be having another go at it this week ill redo it just incase the devil is hiding in there. Could be your issue! pretty sure they don't have one with it not been fuel injected they have a pick up on the right hand side on the timing plate for the ignition and thats about it carbed bikes have a lot less sensors than injected ones Quote

Britninja88 Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 posting on request of another userthe findings were as followscylinder 2 failed compression testvalve clearances under spec with 1 having no clearance at all=shimmed.carbs out of balance 1 - 2 similar. 3 - 4 little outdifference between 1+2 and 3+4 was like night and day=cleaned and balancedend result = bike now idles 1000-1100 rpm and no longer cuts out or dies while warming up or ridingno further running issues located.hope this helps someone Quote
