Wrenchmonkey Posted January 4, 2016 Share Posted January 4, 2016 Hello everyone,I am looking for some advice. I had the unfortunate pleasure of a breakdown this morning. I turned on the ignition to my CBR125 2014 model and the Dashboard came on however there was no digital display and my indicators weren't working properly and the oil light was on. If that wasn't bad enough the starter motor wouldn't engage. At first I thought I had the kick stand down and left it in 1st as I do that frequently but the bike was in neutral. Any advice or pointers/potentially easy fixes would be great. I should add yesterday I did a oil change and had it parked in my front garden and because of the wet weather we have had recently it sank into the mud and was on its side for a few hours before I noticed what happened. When I picked the bike up there was a faint smell of petrol. I'm not sure if these 2 incidents are just coincidence or are what caused the problem this morning.
