Recommendations around Southampton area for bike gear

Hi everyone,

I'm new to biking and looking for some recommendations on any good shops in Southampton and surrounding areas where I can get some gear, I've not currently got any so going to need the works (helmet, gloves, boots, and clothing).

I normally shop at lot online but some things like helmets it's obviously important to get a good fit so will be going into a shop for bits like that.

Yep I've bought a few things from them. Pretty much the only biking shop left in Bevois Valley.

Thanks guys I've looked them up and location isn't too bad for me.

I kinda live half way between Southampton and Portsmouth so I will obviously consider any shops that side also.

I've only lived down south for a few years so still getting my bearings a bit

There's a J&S in Portsmouth (PO8 8XB)

j&s tend to be a bit cheaper than infinity.

I went in there a few weeks ago and was talking with one of the guys, he was really helpful and knowledgeable. I even bought a pair of boots in there even though I knew I could get them cheaper online because I was so impressed by their helpfulness
