hi, when i start my bike (kick start only atm) it starts first kick with choke, however once its warm, it will rev like usual, but only when the bars are turned to the left.. if i straighten them out then it will only rev to around 6k revs, and when to the right around 4.... any ideas or help would be appreciated, have a feeling that a cable is trapping somewhere, however i have checked the choke cable, and it is not trapping. it does seem like the lever to my carb choke bounces a little? any help appreciated, thanks.:)

A little friendly advice, the key to fault diagnoses is to make notes so that you do have an idea exactly what you have done. This will save a lot of time, grief and money and avoid reaching the wrong conclusions. Looking at your bike,I would pop the tank off then everything from grip to carb will be completely visible.probably just a slack cable.Good luck.

thanks for replies, will pop tank off in around 10 minutes, will let you know how it goes, i do have slack in my throttle grip, however going to sort that out before i pop tank off, as i have a feeling it is that

I'd pop the tank off first......sounds like your throttle cable routing is wrong, which will need to be corrected before trying to set the throttle play......

Found the problem, however haven't rectified it yet, I found that a set of wires I have coming from my clutch side switches is pulling, however only revs high when I pull that set of wires? Anybody know what they could be??

Thanks
