Temporary insurance for mod 2

Hello all, my friend borrows me his 600cc bike for mod2 test, which I will need to insure for a test. Is there any like one-day insurance for this? Because I have contacted MCE and they have declined to insure me on any bigger bike until I get the full license...

Have you tried tempcover or dayinsure? Not sure if those are just for cars though.

The RAC apparently does a learner insurance thing that will insure you for just a couple of hours. Not sure if its just for cars or also for bikes?
