Hi

I've a Suzuki bandit 600

All of a sudden I'm getting a squeaky (glittering) noise

Coming from the front left hand side of the wheel

It only happens at slow speed(up to 30 it seems to go)

Could it be brakes ?

Bearings ?

Any ideas

Cheers 👍

Possibly a bearing put your front brake on and compress the forks a few times see if there your problem. Pull your bike onto its side stand so front wheel is off the floor easier if you have someone to do it, and spin the front wheel see if there's any movement will maybe feel it if you out your Hand around the forks. Then hold the wheel at the top and bottom on a full lock and check if there's any play. Finally check your head bearings are tight.

Probably anti squeal shims between pads and pistons. Put some copperslip on em. Obviously don't get it near pad material.

Checked the bearings and from what I can tell they are fine

Took the pads out the brakes they was covered in shit

So gave them a clean and put them back

Ordered some copper slip and will put that on wen it arrives

Will see how it is later

Cheers guys 👍
