Just curious, why have you decided it needs a bigger main jet ? Surely you don't expect it to go faster .

No that is not what I am trying to achieve. When I got the bike it was already de-restricted and only had an electronic restrictor which is not necessarily good for the bike as it runs too rich and floods. The bike was restricted by a single wire going to the CDI which I clipped. However the bike is running far to lean now and I have already adjusted the fuel mix as much as I can. I melted a spark plug a few weeks back as well due to lean running.

Right, got you. From what I can see most Chinese scooters use a 5mm jet . That's going to be the size of the screw thread not the jet ! As far as size is concerned you'll have to get the existing one out and have a look what's stamped on it . Tip. If you don't have a magnifying glass you can use a phone camera held steady and then enlarge the image. After that just go on eBay and get a few bigger sizes to see which works best. These things are pretty generic so as long as it fits and is the same depth it should be ok.Here you gohttp://i.imgur.com/TOHJqbb.png
