Scenic route france

Hi all.

Anyone know of any any scenic routes that go from top to bottom of France (south of Toulouse)? Preferably not using motorways. Cheers

There are hundreds of routes. Easiest way is to set your sat nav to avoid motorways and see where it takes you.

This is a kind of "how long is a piece of string" question. You can do as Mike says or sit down with a map or a computer and plot yourself a nice route.

À safe bet for amazing roads, stick to the east of France. Go down Alsace, then through Vosges then Jura, from there go to the Alps, head for Gorges du Verdon in Provence, follow the coast in Languedoc Roussillon and cherry on the cake, my favourite road: from Perpignan to Andorra, that road seem tailored for bikers .
