I haven't ridden since Tuesday. I'll let you know how I get on tomorrow. I'm physically fine, my shoulder still aches a little bit I think that's just a sprain, the flash backs and dreams that make me jump awake are a pain but they go eventually. Onwards and upwards as they say

Had one of the agv k3. Decent helmet. Make sure you get the pinlock right. Mine mister like a bugger. (Poor engineering.... by me)

The pin lock was fitted at the shop so hopefully it's all in the right place but I'll have to wait and see.

I didn't know the helmet had anything to do with Guy Martin to be honest I just wanted something bright and not too girly
