Hey everyone

I'm new to the forum but looking for some advice

I've taken an engine out of a KTM 450 SX-F and I'm redoing the fuelling system so I can put the engine in a car

It's a single cylinder returnless system and I don't want to use the stock fuel pump, would prefer to use a third party one! (+ pressure regulator + filter)

Has anyone ever replaced an in-tank pump with an external pump on a returnless system? Any advice would be so useful!

Cheers

If you use an aftermarket pump and a separate regulator you will need a return.

Is there a reason you want to replace the OEM pump?

Also, is it carb or FI?

Really?

Why do you "want to put the engine in a car"?

Is it to take it to the tip?

Just asking.
