Chrissb6 Posted March 21, 2020 Posted March 21, 2020 That kid will grow up to think that's the norm, what was needed was a proper clip around the ear, if that bike had rolled off its stand things could of got real nasty. Quote

BIKERDAD Posted March 30, 2020 Posted March 30, 2020 There was a right up in one the ride mags a few months ago a guy had his bike damaged by an kid messing about with his push bike fell off and knocked over the motorbike the owner seen it grabbed the kid before he bugged off called the cops as there was usual damaged when bike drops . The cops said as he was underage they cant do anything . So he wanted the parents address to claim off them . The cops said no date protection bullshite (crime been committed but wont help ) so he had to get a solicitor to get the name and address then went to sue to get the money back and was told not to bother as the amount money it would take and the likely chance of winning AND GETTING any money back was slim so in the end he ended £600 out pocket . So dam right if they knocked over your bike YOU HAVE TO PAY . Quote
