Zips for trousers/jeans - to fix jacket

Any idea where I can buy the half of a zip to sew into bike jeans so my jacket can fix on. Its an 8" zip and the jacket seems to fix to most textiles ive used. So seems to be universal.

I just need a zip for the jeans. cheers

Every jacket that I have ever bought with an attachment zip came with the mating half so it could be sewn to a garment of your choice.

I bought an RST jean to jacket belt so I could either wear leathers top & bottom or leather top jeans bottom. Later I went to Bikers World in Coleshill to see if they had the jacket zip ( that [mention]raesewell[/mention] mentioned ) that would match my RST leather jacket, I was amazed & impressed that they keep all those extra zips that folks don't want in a massive tub, after trying a few they found one & didn't charge me for it I got the missus to sew it to the Alpinestars air mesh jacket attachment zip to the RST attachment zip so I can also choose leather RST bottoms with Alpinestars mesh jacket.

Did all that make sense, I'm tired today

Made loads of sense mate thankyou. the only spare zip I have it is the one that would go on a jacket. I need the half for the jeans so will look into that thankyou.
