Seat pads

I'm sure this has been covered before, but do gel pads, air pads etc work ?

If so which work best ?

I have just got one of these for my daughter to go on the pillion seat of my Street Triple R, as she was complaining about get a sore bum. Fits nicely.

She used it yesterday or the 1st time and said it was very comfortable but tended to make her slide forward a bit.

Just under £50 delivered from Germany. Same company has them on Ebay and Amazon. No UK supplier. Took 9 days for delivery.

It's in my plans to add a gel pad to my seat but I'll be doing the intrusive method of dismantling the seat and put the gel pad under the cover.

I prefer this so I don't need to worry that if I'm not close by someone would fancy it and take it as a gift

Airhawk, expensive but it work for me, got it over 10 years ago in the USA it was much cheaper than today.

Use it only on multi day rides.
