Cbr 600f4 tps problems

Hey everyone I've got a slight problem with a 2000 honda cbr 600 f4 I recently got the carbs untrasonic cleaned. When I had it returned the TPC (throttle position sensor) was 180° out.

1) what should the resistance be.

2) also its a little boggy low down >4k so what jet sizes and mixture screw settings has people used (micron slip on exhaust). Also what air filters.

I'd start by confirming the mixture screws are correct. A carb balance would be a good idea too. There's a manual. There's a voltage check for the TPS in there
