SFM Posted March 28, 2021 Posted March 28, 2021 I have got a GSX1250FA. At the moment I have got Bridgestone Battlax BT016F tyres fitted. The back tyre is nearly new, whilst the front one is too worn to ride without replacing. I have tried to get same than I have fitted at the moment. I have seen Bridgestone has now replaced their BattlaxBT016 for Battlax 016 Pro (Professional). Markings look very similar, not sure if the tyre compound will be the same. I live in France at the moment. Bike shop tell me they cannot get tyre to place on bike. On an internet search I can only find the Pro model. Would anybody know if it matters? I mean, would the Pro be the same than the original Battlax that was taken off market to be be able to get one of them to replace without any compromise? I would appreciate your knowledge in the matter if anybody has any info. Quote

Or there is an email “ask us a question” option on that page, too. Edited March 28, 2021 by Steve_M Quote
Stu Posted March 28, 2021 Posted March 28, 2021 I suspect you will have to find some new old stock for the same tyre but the new 016 pro will probably work but I would be inclined to message Bridgestone Quote
