Registering a used vehicle

Hi people, the time has come to finally get the Rizzato moped registered, but I need some help with the process as I have not done this before.

Hi have downloaded the forms just need to print them off.

It is form V55/5 to register a used unregistered vehicle, I have the guidance notes too but just can't seem to get my head around what needs to be filled in, I would be grateful for someone to help guide me through the process.
