I have no idea when the 90% of my partial refund will be issured. Still less idea why anyone would continure to deal with a company that behaves like this. A week later I called again, turns out I needed to phone my previous insurer, as I hadn't been with MCE long enough to get another year. PaulM Posted March 16, 2022 Share Posted March 16, 2022 I put in a claim to MCE on the 12th Jan, they said they will still honour the claim as it was before the company went bust. It has now been over 8 weeks and not even a reply as to what they will offer by way of a claim, they just keep saying they are waiting for an engineers report before they can make an offer. The bike has been sat in a storage hanger for 8 weeks, so I have now requested by bike back and I will cancel my claim. Don't expect a quick reply of you have an on going claim with MCE...!
